Under no circumstances shall Toolgages SL Manufacturing LLC be liable in contract, warranty, tort or otherwise for any special, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages that result from your purchase of any products from Toolgages SL Manufacturing LLC or any use of or the inability to use any content or products from Toolgages SL Manufacturing. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the products you purchase from Toolgages SL Manufacturing. It is the user’s responsibility to use all products with care. I acknowledge toolgages can/will be used in an industrial environment and should only be used by qualified users.
Terms and Conditions
Toolgages is a patented product and is solely owned. Toolgages SL Manufacturing LLC excludes all others from making, offering for sale, and selling this product throughout the United States of America or importing this product into the United States of America.
Shipping Policy
All in stock items will ship within 24 business hours of purchase. Out of stock items and special orders are approximately 2 to 4 week lead times.
Return Policy
Tool gages can be returned within 10 days of receiving. Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. A 10% restocking fee will be subtracted to the refund.
