All in stock items will ship within 24 business hours once the order is received.
How long will an item take to ship if it is backordered?
Backordered gages can take approximately 2-4 weeks to ship.
Some items I am ordering are not in stock. Will my other items ship today?
Yes. All gages in stock will ship once the order is placed. Backordered gages will ship separately.
Can my tool gage be returned or refunded?
Tool gages can be returned within 10 days of receiving. Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. A 10% restocking fee will be subtracted to the refund.
If your order is lost during shipping Toolgages will file a claim with the shipper on your behalf, but cannot be held liable for the lost order. All orders are shipped with full insurance to cover your loss. If your order is damaged during shipping, we highly recommend you notify the delivery agent (UPS or USPS) prior to accepting it. Toolgages cannot be held liable for lost or damaged goods. Claims must be made by the recipient directly with the delivery agent.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently Toolgages only ships to the US lower 48 states.
Do you have any distributors?
No. Toolgages sells directly to the customer and not through distributors. This allows us to offer great customer service and affordable pricing on our products.

Under no circumstances shall Toolgages SL Manufacturing LLC be liable in contract, warranty, tort or otherwise for any special, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages that result from your purchase of any products from Toolgages SL Manufacturing LLC or any use of or the inability to use any content or products from Toolgages SL Manufacturing. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the products you purchase from Toolgages SL Manufacturing. It is the user’s responsibility to use all products with care. Toolgages are used in an industrial environment and should only be used by qualified users.
